Concept drawings - if you are interested in, but have
not yet acquired a site, we can provide concept drawings illustrating potential designs. This means that once the
premises are yours, any agreed work can begin immediately

Space-planning drawings - these show how a concept will fit within a space

Finishes and fittings - we can provide an understanding of textures and colours, as well as specification of mechanical and electrical finishes

Furniture options

Visualisation - in the form of walk-through plans

Working drawings - for statutory approvals, where applicable. Also to aid costing by specialist trades
